Buying a Completed House
To secure the house you must pay 10% of the Purchase Price
Within an agreed period, normally 28 Days you will be required to pay the balance
Once funds are cleared into our bank the home is yours
Buying a Plot
This is likely to occur if you have to sell your house first
To secure your plot you pay £10,000 deposit
During this time we would expect you to be selling your house and specifying your new home.
Once you have exchanged contracts for the sale of your present house we require a further payment of £30,000 to place a firm order for your new home
You can expect it to take approximately 3 months from the date of order to the date of moving in. You will be given progress reports throughout the build process
7 days before occupation we will need to have the full balance paid into our bank. Method of Payment

Your Contract
You will sign a formal contract under the Mobile Homes Act 1983 giving you important rights including security of tenure
Signing a contract with us binds us to provide you a home on your chosen plot and you to pay at the appropriate time.
